Indonesia Passport Photo Requirements listed below:

  • Different photo sizes are specified  1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch photos
  • Other Indonesian Consulates require 6 of 2 x 2 inch ($65)
  • Red Background is required for Indonesian Passport Photos
  • You must look straight into the camera
  • The image must be in the center

Indonesia Visa Photo Requirements listed below:

  • Indonesian Visa photos should be 50 x 50 mm. (2 photos 
  • The visa photo should be taken on a white background
  • Two identical color photos are required
  • The image size measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head (including hair) should be no less than 1 inch and not more than 1-3/8 inches
  • The photos must have been taken within the last six months
  • Wear normal day to day clothes . Do not wear uniforms
  • If you normally wear a wig or hearing aid
  • We normally advise customers to remove their glasses

Following are the requirements from the Indonesia government for the application for a KITAS and Work Permit:

A. PERSONAL (WORKER):
Record of valid passport for at least 18 months in full page (whole book);

  1. Record of education certificate (most recent qualification is sufficient);
  2. Record of job references (work experience) in English or translation into Indonesian language (from previous company);
  3. The current Curriculum vitae signed by the expatriate concerned (original);
  4. Photos :
    4 X 6 CM = 16 color photos (with red background) call for price
    3 X 4 CM = 4 color photos (with red background)
    2 X 3 CM = 5 color photos (with red background)
    B. FAMILY WIFE & CHILDREN (NON WORKER):
  5. Record of valid passport for at least 18 months in full page;
  6. Record of wedding certificate (wife/husband);
  7. Record of birth certificate or family register (child);
  8. Photos :
    4 X 6 CM = 10 color photos (with red background) call for price
    3 X 4 CM = 3 color photos (with red background) 
    2 X 3 CM = 3 color photos (with red background)

German passport photos, German visa photos

Germany Passport and Visa Photo Requirements listed below:

  • The frame size must be 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
  • The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
  • The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).
  • Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering) where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
  • If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.
  • Full front view of face, centered for German passport and Visa photos
  • Features from chin to hairline and both sides of face must be clearly visible
  • From top to bottom face must be between 32 and 36 mm
  • Front of head (including hair) must be completely visible
  • Whole face must be clear, with proper contrast and sharpness\
  • Face must be well lit, with no flash reflections, shadows or red eyes.
  • Background must be uniform, light-colored (ideally a neutral gray)
  • German Passports Photographs must show subject only
  • Shadows on the background or face are unacceptable in passport and Visa Photos
  • German passport and Visa photos should be printed on high-quality paper
  • Print Resolution must be at least 600 DPI (dots per inch)
  • German regulations specify neutral facial expressions and the closed mouth
  • For passport photos the subject must look straight into the camera
  • Eyes must be open and visible, not covered by hair or frame of glasses.
  • Reflections on glasses, tinted or sun glasses are unacceptable
  • The edge of the glasses or frame must not cover the eyes.
  • Head coverings of any kind are unacceptable for German Passport and Visa Photos
